Did not come with installation instructions.
Had difficulty fitting it to the gazebo top structure. It was slightly too small requiring me to modify the structure to get it to fit.
This product is a replacement top for a Big Lots Gazebo and the material is much more transparent and lighter weight than the original. Water condensation on the interior occurs more that the original material.
The supplier suggested using 303 fabric protector which may help shed water condensation. They should at the least apply it at the factory or offer it as a upgrade option. The details and quality of construction are overstated on the Website.
I will be thinking twice about buying from Garden Winds in the future."

"Bought replacement canopy from Garden Wind back in 2015. With some babying and a mild climate, it held up 4 years might have lasted 1 one more year if tree limb hadn’t fell through it. Happy to find they still sold the same canopy. Ordering was easy, price reasonable (happened to be a sale which was nice timing) and shipping went without a glitch. Material looks the same as before. Have not put it on yet but expect it will be a snug fit. The last one was just a tiny small. Beats buying a whole new gazebo."
