"I went online and used the Garden Winds website to order a replacement canopy. I ordered what looked like the right canopy-I didn't use their tools to identify it, I ordered by look. When it arrived I found out that it was not the right canopy. I called customer service and a very helpful representative assisted me in finding the correct item, placing the order and navigating the very simple return process.
I have received the new canopy and the credit for the one that I returned.
