The problem I had was that I ordered the canopy after 3:00 on a Friday, paid extra for 3 day shipping and didn't get it until after 4:00 on the following Thursday. When I called about 3 day shipping taking 6 days I was informed that because my order cam in after 1:00 it didn't actually process until the next business day, which was Monday, and the order day does not count as a "shipping" day so my shipping days were Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. OK, by my calculations unless you order on Monday or Tuesday before 1:00pm 3 day shipping is a scam. Not at all happy about paying extra for 3 day shipping that took 6 days. It does say on their website about 1:00pm and order day not being a shipping day but let's be real, this is just a way for them to get extra money out of us for "3 day" shipping.

"This is the 2nd time we’ve ordered from Garden Winds. Both times we had no issues with with the Monterey top for our Gazebo. The Monterey lasted about three years. We leave them up from May to September, taking them down for bad storms like Irene and Sandy. We store them in the winter.
I believe this is the first time we replaced the Windsor top. I gave a 4 star rating instead if a 5 because of the Installation of the Windsor top. We store all the info for the gazebos in a file so we can replace tops when we need to, so I know we have the correct top. However, the installation of the Windsor top did not go well. It is VERY tight and the seam tore slightly on the side pocket. It’s up and it looks great but it was extremely difficult to install. For some reason the one corner is tight and the opposite side has a little ripple of extra fabric. It’s installed correctly , just really tight and hugging the top supports for the cap more on one side than the other. It’s in, it looks great but We are concerned about the fact that it is so tight.
Yes, we would order from Garden Winds again. Despite that issue, the top matches the product and it saves us from having to buy a whole new gazebo every three years."
