"I ordered the “current” model canopy for my Tivoli gazebo frame. This is the newer model,
which replaces the original model
which was too small for the frame. Unfortunately, the one I
received is also too small. I had to dismantle part of the frame to get it on, as I did with the previous
model.
I am very dissatisfied with this
product.

"I received my canopy but I had a questions about the size and I would like to confirm with you before opening it. So I contacted customer service. It turned into a email battle with the customer service person say you all do not have a clue as to what you ship. After an impressive webpage I totally lost confidence between the customer service person and the misleading shipping notice email.
On your webpage it says LCM1077B-RS in red the directions to finding the right size. it says it is 11 foot but on this shipping notice it says it is 10 foot (1 x LOWES AR TWO TIER 10FT UMBRELLA REPLACEMENT CANOPY (LCM1077B-RS) = $139.99). I verified with my installation manual that I need the 11 foot per your red instructions.
So what size did I receive for the item LCM1077B-RS?
