"I had bought 3 previous replacement canopies from Garden Winds. Having a previous middle quality canopy not last an entire season, I ordered this "better quality" universal canopy in late November. As I live in the northeast I did not try the canopy until several months after I had it. I went to put it on this weekend (end of March) and this does not fit my 10x10 canopy. I called and was told they will not take it back since I passed the 30 day return period. Their recommendation...sell it on ebay. Poor product and bad customer service. "
