"First of all ordering and shipment was great, however the replacement canopy for our garden oasis was nothing like the picture and nothing like we ordered. They said color was beige but it was cream and had no brown trim at all... looked cheap in all one color. Returned it and waiting for my money back. "We had to send a picture of our old canopy, which was quickly identified by staff and a link sent to order the replacement, which we did order. It came very quickly. What I would suggest however is sending instructions of how to put the canopy on the frame. This one was very tricky and we did not end up getting it one like the old one. I called customer service who gave me a number of the original maker of the gazebo, which was not that helpful because of the age of the gazebo. All in all, not a bad experience."

The replacement canopy for backyard creations gazebo was really thin, very tight fit and had no UV layer like the original. Too soon to tell if the riplock 350 is really any stronger or tear resistant than the cheaper original replacement...time will tell!"

"The replacement canopies that I ordered arrived in a very short time approx. 1 week. they are very well priced. I did have a bit of trouble finding the replacement that I needed. I was quite sure that I had purchased the gazebos at Walmart but ended up finding it under the Home Depot search page. In the description they are listed as originally being sold by Walmart. This is probably just a posting error. Very pleased with the purchase."
