"I was looking for a replacement canopy for my gazebo and found the exact one I needed on the website. The website stated the next order shipment date would be the end of April- perfect, just in time for spring and summer! I called at the end of April and the company said that it would now be in June 30th. Not a big deal missing spring because I would have it in time for the summer at least. I called the end of June and they shared it would be July 30th. It is now the end of July and I called- the shipment is postponed until the end of August. Maybe I'll get it in time for winter? Do not order from this website- their information about shipment is not correct, and the only thing that happens when you call is they offer to just cancel the order for you. "

"The material does not match in color with the Privacy Cover. More perplexing is the Gromet holes all around the cover. They are positioned above the living space of the Gazebo. With the Privacy curtains or Mosquito Netting closed and while raining, the rain drips down “INSIDE” the Gazebo and drenches people and furniture. WHY??? This feature was not on the original cover or the previous replacement. "

"I was researching for a replacement top for my gazebo and also a mesh net wrapping to surround my gazebo. The staff was very patient with my questions and was able to help me. However, I would like to have received directions with the products I ordered so the setup would have been easier. I think I put the mesh netting inside out! I wonder if this makes a difference in the tight fit?

"when I first put it up it fit perfectly but within a couple days it is stretched in his now floppy. In the first rain the grommets were located in the wrong spot and pooled a huge amount of water before they started daining. I had to install grommets in the proper location. The water stretched it even more so now it is really floppy. "
