Horrible customer service

"I ordered a replacement canopy and was sent the wrong size and model. Even though I sent them my order info- which was correct- they continue insist that I made the error, not them. I have sent the canopy back but they still have not admitted their mistake and I have not received a refund or a new canopy. Never again!"

Hard-to-Find Cushions!

"I searched a long time to find replacement cushions for my Ty Pennington porch furniture, purchased 8 years ago. Since we live on our porch all summer, the originals were looking a bit worse for the wear. These cushions are made specifically for the set I have and the quality and fit are excellent. Delivery was extremely fast. All-in-all a very satisfactory experience.

Charged for Backordered Items

"I ordered a set of replacement cushions that were out of stock. The Garden Winds website said "Order Now to Reserve Yours Today!
Payment will not be charged until order ships. " Instead, my credit card was charged immediately. That was 2 weeks ago, but my order has not yet shipped. If you're going to charge a customer immediately, don't advertise that you will not.

"From when the order went in to when it arrived was only 3 days . Excellent . When pictured on the net our Gazebo cover was shown in 2 colours . Ours arrived and was only 1 colour . Would have liked the light and dark brown as shown on the net . However have it up and it fitted well ."
