"The website for requesting the replacement canopy is easy to maneuver. Canopy arrived on a timely basis.
I have two issues with the canopy as follows:
1) In my opinion it needs more tabs to secure and hold it taunt to the roofing frame so as to prevent rain water from settling in pools on the canopy. I did attach several tabs in order to prevent this from reoccurring.
2) The canopy should be made waterproof by the manufacturer. I also read an article that suggests that the canopy be washed with a solution of bleach and water a couple of times to prevent algae from forming on the underside. This means removing, cleaning and replacing the canopy through out the summertime to extend the life of the canopy.
Green algae formed on my first canopy. Canopy only lasted approximately three years.
I would recommend the gazebo as It is sturdy and shows very little wear against the elements. However, the canopy needs some improvement "
