"They only giv 60 days for refund. When item is purchased in winter months i can not know if it is defective or the right fit until it is installed whuch will be later than 60 days. When i tried ordering last year during warmer months...it was out of stock. Not very accomodating"

"Unfortunately it does not have any velcro or straps to attach it to our particular swing seat/back. The material is not as nice as what our original cushion was either. It is an okay substitute - hope that it lasts a few years to make up for what is cost us to get here in Canada with the exchange rate, etc."
"We have ordered universal tops before and haven't gotten the custom fit ones, but have never received anything so bad since having 2 of the 10 x 10 gazebo's. The top tier zipped to the bottom tier...not what we wanted and not like pics...and was almost a foot off in measurement. Then the bottom tier wasn't anywhere near fit either even though we ordered and received what was stated as the standard 10 x 10 replacement. Sent it back and have ordered the same thing. Due today but checked ;pics again and praying you folks get this right. Don't know what the other one was or what gazebo it would fit but not ours and I researched and bought the same one we just received for the other gazebo so know it should have fit."
