"Purchased a phone on a Saturday evening (11/19) online as a first time customer. I tried to reach them by phone, but they were "closed" on Saturday and Sunday (never received confirmation email after transaction). On Monday morning, they advertised all items in their store were 10% off on 11/21 only. I called them and my phone DID NOT SHIP YET, so I asked to have the 10% sale applied to my "pending" order. They refused. I spoke to a supervisor, and she refused. Even though my order was not processed until today - 11/21 - they would not honor the 10% offer. My phone was $448 and that would have saved me $44.80. I asked to cancel the order - and they REFUSED. No matter how good the phone is, I will never purchase anything from them again!!"

"Notified Gazelle that I wanted my 3 iPhone 5s back the day I mailed them in, because my provider T-Mobile required them as a part of an upgrade plan to the iPhone 7. While I made the mistake of sending them to Gazelle (as they offered more money), they did not return any of my phones back. I submitted tracking numbers and order numbers prior to processing and yet Gazelle could not stop the processing or return my phones. This was a very poor customer experience and I will not be using them in the future."

"I have, over that last couple of years sent in a device just because Gazelle runs like a well oiled machine..... I believe I have never seen a turnaround involving cash EVER! My issue (s) here are... My last two devices I sent in were literally in 95% new, I had upgraded and held these devices in a safe.... I can safely say that you could not find a blemish on them... I personally sent a note with the device and sent various emails to Gazelle asking for them to take a close look at the items as I felt they exceed exceptions and may qualify for an adjusted offer increase... Never ever ever a mention or anything. Communication is important to us all is critical... I was dismayed to see a company so organized, smooth and precise to put aside the little people who helped build this company... I have sent in 6+ devices but fear I may choose another route next time..... The personal touch has left with the Gazelle Company, lets welcome in the great machine.... "

They received my device, checked it and sent an email saying it was in good condition, exactly as I told them. Then sent my credit (used the Amazon option) and it was less. Tried to reach out to customer service via their email option; nothing in their customer care topics addressed this and couldn't get attention. Tried the Live Chat. It wasn't functional when I tried. Seriously disappointed this time around."
