How long can it possibly take to get my order?

"I have never in my life waited so long to get an order. I ordered a mystery box on 1/1/2016. As of today, Friday 1/15/2016 still not even shipped I have never in my life waited so long to get an order. I ordered a mystery box on 1/1/2016. As of today, Friday Janurary 15,2016 so 15 days later and when I check the status of my order it says packaging, and it has said that for around 8 days now, I also ordered another mystery box on 1-4-2016 and that one says processing still. I'm wondering if I am ever going to get my orders. The website looks like they have a lot of nice inexpensive items on it and I would like to order more but I'm scared I will wait forever to get my order. I'm a BIG online shopper I almost always shop online and I have never ever had it take more then a week, this is not acceptable to me at all and if anyone were to ask me I would say don't order from them unless you plan on waiting a really long time for your order. I sent an email asking about my order and the reaponse was your order is still processing and we will send you an email when it ships. So, if I ever get my order I can let you know if it was with the wait, not really sure it will be, at all.....update. I got my order on 1/22/2016. It was the 2 mystery boxes that I ordered. I was suprised that the 2 boxes were identical. Inside the box there were several things that were very cheep and some were broken. I got a bunch of batteries most of which didn't work. The only thing in the boxes that I really even liked were a bath towel and a headlamp, they were not with the price I paid. In the description of the mystery boxes there were several things listed that "could" be in the boxes. I did not get even one thing on that long list, all I got was a bunch of dollar store items that were, cheep, broken or didn't work you think they might look at what state you live in before sending the items. I got 2 heated ice scrapers, 4 winter hats, 4 pairs of warm socks and 2 pairs of winter gloves, I live in south Florida....Check your customers address is where I would start if I were this company. I am COMPLETLEY dissatisfied with my purchase and I wouldn't waste money on this store again. I do all my shopping on line so this is a big deal, I thought people should know not to waste their money. I wouldn't even waste the money to return the items for different items because I'm afraid I would get another heated ice scraper winter hat or pair of winter gloves, or a incomplete grooming set or a broken nose hair shaver... Waste of time and money and who takes 22 days to deliver an item, if it was going to take that long to ship maybe they should have put that in the description with all the items you are not going to receive in your mystery box. I hope others were more satisfied or this company will be out of business in no time. Sorry I don't have one nice thing to say about this order, if you read this heed my warning and don't order from GearXS.com they send broken junk and things that you won't need if you live in a warm climate. Not all places get cold and snow. I know it says mystery box but really checking the state some one lives in would help with the satisfaction of your customers."

ear muffs broken

"Even if the muffs weren't broken, they didn't seem to reach my ears and you couldn't adjust them. The fleece leggings were pretty good (did keep the frigid chicago weather off my legs) but the gloves weren't doing the trick at all. And still had to take them off to auto-lock the car. Bummer."

Cool prices for warm bedding!

"I was in the market for warm bedding in my favorite color, lavender. I looked online at Macy's, Penneys, Overstock.com to no avail. I would have never thought of shopping GearXS for bedding ! To me, Gear was great for gadgets and kitschy doo-dads. However, one of my holiday season emails from GearXS featured an ultra plush sherpa blanket that led me to explore the bedding options and ultimately buy a blanket and comforter. Both of them were lavender. Both were incredibly inexpensive. I figured that this bedding might be chintzy but would serve my needs while I shopped for something better. I was more than pleasantly surprised to quickly receive my order and find that the quality was excellent (and, needless to day, the color was true to the advertising)."

"Funny you can cancel an order you couldn't even find. I was very interested in seeing what was in this Mystery Box, I even upgraded. But you all just disappointed me so much. First I get a tracking number I checked day after day after day....Label created but never shipped. I called and was told we will get the Mystery Boxes out by the end of the week......Still not shipped. Then I can't get through on the phone so I emailed back and forth....need your order number........can't find the order send a copy of the order........Oh now we see.......now we will cancel it. I do not believe I will ever do business with GearXS ever again.

"ordered 12/31/2015, received shipping notice 1/10/2016, just checked tracking info on 1/14/16 and it says the electronic notice was sent on 1/12/16 but no package has been processed yet.
