When I checked their web site on the order all it kept saying was they where in "packaging " . Finally called them and found out they didn't even have any in stock!!! But the sale was still up on their site...

I sent an email on 1/8/2016 and Eric A. responded on 1/11/2016 stating that my order would be shipped within 24 - 48 hours. I placed a phone call on 1/12/2016 and was told my order would be sent this week. I called again on 1/14/2016 and said my order was picked up on 1/13/2016 and was on the way. I never received another email stating it was on the way. I had to look up the original tracking information I received on 1/4/2016 to track my order. This was not a good experience with this company my first order.
