"I made a few separate orders, 2 of them I was notified of exactly what was happening with my order & when it was shipped. The other order I had to call & email many times and still never had a clue what was happening & I was worried if it would come in time for Christmas. 2 orders the products were exactly as I expected. The other order was a mystery box... I was so excited But, I felt very let down. It was a couple junky little things & rest was all batteries.
