"I placed my order on Dec. 13th. The shipping policy on the site says orders would ship between 1 and 3 business days later. After a week, I still did not receive shipping confirmation and had to contact customer service several times to find out about my order. I was told it would ship 24 to 48 hours after the first week, then ASAP, and finally on the Friday before Christmas I was told it would ship that day. It did not, again there was no information from the company as to why. I finally canceled my order because I could never get a straight answer about when my order would ship. At least it was not the problem I expected it would be to cancel the order, and the refund was fairly prompt. Although the prices seem low and the selection interesting, I don't think I will order again."
