"Horrible service. They charged my CC the same day as I ordered the items. Then after a week went by and no activity to say package was shipped I tried to contact 3 times. It took them 4 days to respond saying item will ship 24-48 hours. Well still no items and its after Christmas and now I have to dispute the charges with AmEx because I am sure the retailer will not take care of it. They couldnt even ship 2 small items within 2 weeks. Never ever will uses them again. There are too many other more reputable companies out there."

Never did you communicate with me thru email or in anyway that the order was being delayed and I wouldn't be receiving before christmas which means I wasn't able to run out and find replacement items.They were stocking stuffers so I had to cancel my order.
