"I ordered three items on December 10th, thinking my order would easily arrive by Christmas. Teach me to think!! I got one item the other day, another one is finally in the mail, and the third item (batteries) did not arrive for Christmas. Darn! The item I have gotten is working out just fine, but I am disappointed I have to go to the store for batteries. The item that is on its way was to be a gag Christmas gift -- so much for that. I am not real happy with their slow shipping nor their customer service. When I had not heard anything in over a week, I e-mailed them asking about my order. Two days later they e-mailed that my order would be filled in a few days and shipped. Well, at least I got to use my oven liners for cooking Christmas dinner. :-)"
