"J'ai acheté un vélo a assistance électrique de la marque Lankeleisi, j'étais un peu réticent à acheter un VAE a plus de 1600€ sur un site chinois essentiellement dû au fait que je craignais avoir recours au service après vente en cas de problème. Et j'ai rencontré quelques soucis avec mon vélo qui m'ont amené à faire appel au SAV . L'interlocuteur que j'ai eu par mail a été très courtois et réactif, mais il est nécessaire d'échanger longuement, envoyer photos et vidéos pour expliquer les problèmes. C'est plutôt fastidieux mais nécessaire ce que je peux le comprendre. En tout cas l'interlocuteur ne vous laisse pas tomber et répond quotidiennement. J'attribue 4 étoiles pour le sav qui a su apporter des solutions et un accompagnement a mes problèmes . Je retire une etoile pour le délai de la demarche un peu longue bien que je comprenne cela ."

They just shipped it in a few days. The package was unharmed, and the printer was working flawlessly for a few days.
After I figured out that one cable broke, so I contacted the support team.
They're speaking english well, so they immediately understood what the problem is and they sent me a new cable for the printer.
It is not arrived yet but I'm sure it'll be okay.

"I bought a longer Ray5 with 10 watts from geekbuying, #5779622. I use Lightburn as the cutting software, which I get along with quite well. However, I could only cut a 4mm plywood with at least 3 to 4 passes, and certainly not a 20mm wood, as described in the advertisement. I wrote to geekbuying hoping to get help, but thought I'd get a meaningless reply, like so often with other retailers, and then nothing.
It was different with geekbuying. geekbuying consulted Longer's technical department.
It was a hidden setting in the software and suddenly I could cut 4mm plywood in one pass.
All that remained was to cut 20 mm wood. In many attempts it was not possible for me to cut 20 mm wood.
Wrote to Geekbuying recently.
Geekbuying asked again and sent me the settings for cutting 20 mm wood.
I have never experienced such good service with my online orders.
I can only highly recommend geekbuying"
