Support was slow due to being in China and not 24 hours and refused to return/exchange, instead trying to get me to repair the printer, including sending me parts from China I had to wait weeks for. Had to file a dispute with PayPal to get a refund, and even then they required I ship the printer back to China at my cost, which was $180. Horrible experience and will never use again."
