"You don’t really know how good a supplier is untill you have a problem! When i ordered my laser engraver, there was a promotional offer and i was immediately advised of a potential delay. I chose to keep the order which finally shipped close to the promised date.
Though the unit was nicely packed, it was broken during the inspection process by us customs (acrylic guard)
I immediately sent a notice with a picture to customer service. I received a message same day that they were in process of shipping the part to me. The communication process was really easy, i received a tracking number but the part arrived even before i could do any tracking on it.
