"Wir hatten, nach einem Jahr, ein Problem mit unserem Roborock S7. Das Problem wurde dem Kundenservice beschrieben und bebildert. Einige Rückfragen und Selbsttest später, kam die Reparaturfreigabe. Wir mussten das Gerät (auf eigene Rechnung) einsenden. Leider wurde das Problem nicht gelöst und schon beim ersten Einsatz kam die gleiche Fehlermeldung. Bei der 2. Reklamation wurde dann der Versand übernommen und auch das Problem gelöst. Bis jetzt läuft unser Saugroboter wieder perfekt. Auch wenn wir einige Wochen auf unser Gerät verzichten mussten, ist es schön zu sehen, das 1) wir ernst genommen werden 2) man sich bemüht das Problem zu beheben und 3) keine Ressourcen Verschwendung betrieben wird und ein Neuteil zugesandt wird, sondern die Geräte repariert werden. Alles in allem, sind wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Kauf bei GeekBuying."
