"I bought a Miui smartphone at Geekbuying a couple of years ago, and all went well. My recent purchase, a Binai tablet computer didn't work because it was not Google Play Certified. This was a built-in flaw. Geekbuying asked me to send it to a EU-warehouse, instead of back to China (I live in the EU). This posed a problem for me because I had paid import tax, which could only be refunded if I sent the tablet back to China. After some correspondence, the tax issue was solved by Geekbuying. Despite the tablet not working, I give them 5 stars because Geekbuying as a reseller, took responsibililty for their goods, and in the end delivered good customer service. I find it a bit scary to buy electronics from a company in China, and was very stressed when the computer turned out to be faulty, but Geekbuying turned out to be a reliable party. "

The customer service was excellent - they told me not to be worried and investigate with the carrier. A few weeks later i got a full refund of my money.

"I bought a Hubsan Zino drone. When I received the drone, It was clearly a "used" drone that had been returned for problems. The box had been opened, one of the batteries had scratches on the bottom of it. The 4K camera quality is a joke, the left side of picture was clear, but the right side was blurry. Probably why it was sent back in the first place. I upgraded the firmware on the drone to see if that would make a difference. But the camera quality is still the same; crap! They told me that if I returned the drone that they would replace it, but returning it will cost me $77.00. I already paid $360.00 and can't afford to waist anymore money on a used piece of junk! They sold me a "used" drone with a "faulty" camera and then want me to pay another $77.00 to get a the "new" drone, something that they should have sent me in the first place. I can't trust that they won't send me another used product. They got me between a rock and a hard place. Without a good camera the drone is useless; it is a piece of Junk!!! And to make matters worse, because the box was opened before I received the product, Hubsan tells me the drone has no warranty. Geekbuying has been nothing but a rip off for me, a waste of time, and a waste of hard earned money. As it stands, it looks like I'm stuck with a "used" drone with a faulty camera. Buyer beware!
Six weeks later: I have received all but $77.00 back from this nightmare of a purchase. This company really likes to make people suffer. They enjoy screwing with dissatisfied customers by making them jump through hoops and make them wait for their money for no reason at all. They promised to refund all of my money. That didn't happen.
Worst company in the world!! A clearing house for used returned products that are sold as new!!! Worst online purchase experience ever!!!
I knew that these people were going to rip me off. Geekbuying is nothing but a company of thieves. They deliberately lied to me when they said they would pay for the return of the product and then they cheated me out of the money. I'm going to expose these people on youtube and show the world how they con people into buying used broken products and then steal their money!!! Lies, all lies, nothing but lies!!!!"

First, it should be noted positively that the delivery from the German warehouse was very fast. Six days after ordering, I held my Voyo I7 plus in my hands. The notebook was packed well and had a price of about 550 € a really good price-performance ratio. However, when unpacking, I noticed that there was a bulge at one point of the display bezel and there were several very small scratches on the display. In addition, what annoyed me especially, the charger instead of CE has only CCC and it was a US plug, in which a shaky EU socket adapter was enclosed. But I have kept the device, not to fret me with the support.
But now, 11 months later, the trouble really started:
First, the notebook only worked on the charger and then no longer. Also, a few days ago, the fuse flew out when I plugged in the charger. When I wrote to the support in this regard, I received only one address in Poland and the note "All the artificial factors cause the damge often he item is beyond the warranty.". When I read on closer inspection on the Geekbuying website that the warranty did not apply to the battery, display and motherboard, I wondered: what is this warranty that does not include the battery, display and motherboard? WHAT should break the ELSE ?? Should I send my laptop to Poland now for about 20 € +, wait weeks just to find out that they are not repairing my device?
In summary: Actually a nice device with fast shipping and good price, but warranty / repair or refund not in sight!
