"IT IS A SCAM. Warning!
Well I bought this xiaomi laptop from them, and there are two main problems. First small part of the screen was yellow and seemed to be a deficit product. They replied I can ship it back, or I get 40 dollars. I mean it is a brand new (at least from the packaging it seems so), with a problematic screen!!!! So I bargained to get 100 dollars, and they agreed. Then, it has a sticker of microsoft office version pre-installed on the back of the laptop. But inside the laptop there was a fake office software that I could not activate at all. I called Microsoft and they replied, I must have a product key to activate it, and they doubt the authenticity of my laptop. So I contacted geekbuying, and they offered to return me 30 dollars! Again they offer to solve the issue by giving money back. BUT they never could answer me why I did not have the pre-installed office despite I had the stick on the laptop!! Do you understand what I am saying? Yes, they are a scam!!!! They are doing something dirty, I dont even know whether my laptop is really from xiaomi, or not. I just prey to whoever who concerns that I can actually use this laptop for more than a few months."
