"Bought a Roborock S50 vacuum from them. Beware of this device and this store! They ship from an EU warehouse (ours was from Germany) but their warranty is not compliant with the EU law and is very limited. The device itself is a very poor quality: first we had problems with the mopping module, which was replaced, then a problem with charging, which eventually was the motherboard defect - exactly one year and one month after the purchase. And the warranty does not even cover motherboard! I guess they know why... Since the purchase we have been able to use the device just a few times.
The warranty period is over and the device is completely useless. Would never buy again, and never from this seller. Advice: It's an expensive device, pay a bit extra and get a quality product.
