"I had 3 orders with them: no problem with any. Last one - Xiaomi M365 Pro electric scooter. Since it is quite big electrical device with batteries inside, they could not used air delivery, So that resulted in quite long delivery sequence: by train to Czechia and then by UPS to Latvia. Order was made on 5th of April, item shipped out on 9th of April, delivered to me on 20th of May. During that time I've contacted to support 2 times, during the second I've been given UPS track, which was inactive until 15th of May.
Suppose that customs procedures had been performed there in Czechia since I wasn't required to present or declare anything.
Scooter is Chinese version. No issues with it at least for first several days."
