"In today's world. More and more people are I.T. literate. Many can build their own computers and resolve most issues. But every now and then even these people hit a brick wall when doing something and look for assistance from someone with a greater knowledge. This is exactly me trying to setup a reverse proxy to my NAS server to host my own cloud software. I love the fact that I have exactly the right company to call to help me with this.
I very much think of the Geeks 2 U service as being the NRMA for computers. You just have to have that subscription in your back pocket just in case inevitable happens. The pricing for their services is just right for what they offer. I find myself using the remote service feature as I am quite capable of doing most hardware related jobs myself. Absolutely rapt with the service."
