"My rating is based on Geeks I have had in the past only. The last two were really good. John unfortunately didn't really seem to know what was wrong and kept saying "oh this shouldnt happen, oh why is that happening". He decided there was nothing wrong with my computer and its wa a 'software' issue that made the wheel spin. He did a reset which I think has helped a bit but he also got rid of a lot of apps which he said slowed things down - yet my speed is excellent. For the price and him not being really sure and then suggesting I may need a rebuild - but couldn't guarantee that would fix things - yet assured me I didn't need a new computer, I am not really satisfied. He also came out prepared for me to have a different computer - yet I had told Monique that I had a Mac and the spinning coloured wheel. John said he was told otherwise.
