"Have called many techs in over the years as I ran a business from home and am winding this down now. Generally their knowledge was barely more than mine, sometimes my problems werent resolved, sometimes I had to get them back to fix problems they generated. So this time I decided to try Geeks for You and found it really really good. Firstly the phone point of contact was excellent and covered everything thoroughly. The tech arrived on time and his knowledge was excellent, if things didn't go according to plan (and with computers they dont) then he persisted till he got it sorted. Very happy with the outcome.

The DNS provider has an issue with Telstra which will probably take a while to sort out but John also recommended an immediate fix which he then implemented. Great support! Thanks John.
