"Most of the questions I had were explained clearly and I was shown how to deal with them myself so if the problem ever arose again I would have a fair chance of dealing with it myself. Only a couple of questions resulted in needing a more complicated solution that the tech dealt with for me. As I am in my 70s and completely self-taught in the use of Apple computers, I aslo appreciated that the tech was very clear in his explanations and was patient and respectful with my questions and efforts to understand the solutions. I would ask for him again if I needed help in the future. "
