As I live in Kuwait, returns and warranties are not much value and I count on a reseller delivery exactly what was shown and described on their website. I placed an order for a watch on a thursday 4am and paid for next day shipping. I then sent an email to them saying to make sure I get it the next day, he said if its approved by 3.30 it will be sent. It wasnt sent.I sent an email then called the next morning to speak to him and he said it was approved by 5pm, I said ok can you same day ship it he said no and was quick to ask if I wanted to cancel the order, I said no that they should next day it. I needed that watch by friday because my freight forwarder sends shipments every friday. I told him how they had messed my plans up and he says sorry and again asks if I would like to cancel, I said no. Here I am on monday the watch isnt at its US location, talkless of the overseas destination for vals day tomorrow.The fedex tracking number provided on friday has not updated since, it says "Shipment information sent to FedEx" this means the item is not even at fedex yet cos its probably not in sock. Just for me to go on their website and theyve hiked the price up by some hundreds. No word from customer service nothing. I wasnt even offered a rebate since I paid 35bucks for next day, I was only offered cancellation. Never shopping here again."
