"I purchased a Wi-Fi receipt printer from them. The POS agent was not able to activate the printer and I had to purchased a Bluetooth receipt printer. On 12/15 I purchased the second printer from them and Joseph, the only person in this company promised to submit return request. After 3 calls and email to customer support, finally today 12/23/2021 the request was summited and but still it takes 5-7 business days to get a return shipping address and no answer when actual return will be done. Their return is like waiting a letter from a Deadman. Very unhappy so I had to request refund directly with my credit card bank. "
"Ordered a cable from gemini computers in September. Forgot about it, then the cable showed up about a week and a half ago. I asked for an RMA and they told me it would be 4-5 days. Did not hear from them, so contacted them again and they told me item could not be returned because the manufacturer would not allow it. They made their problems my problem."

"I purchased a quality SPECO CCTV camera from Gemini Computer In January 2014 (they apparently do not stock products and have them shipped from whom they buy from) and had a problem with the camera immediately and they refused to replace it under the warranty. They said they were emailing SPECO for advice what to do or return and they never emailed or called me back. I called Gemini and all "URI" the manager would do is email them again...He never followed up on anything. So I called SPECO myself and they said it was defective and to return it to Gemini Computers for refund or exchange that Gemini had to handle the return. Gemini never responded after several phone contacts with "URI" personally. It is now April 2014 and still no resolution.
There is also a language issue with URI and he seem to me to be a dishonest and incompetent seller just out for the sale only.... DO NOT BUY FROM GEMINI COMPUTERS!"

Their products are not in stock. Products are advartised to be in stock and ready to ship 24-48hours. I placed order with next day shipment on 3/10, then they emailed me and it said the item is not currently in stock but can ship out in 7 days.
after two week on 3/24 I emailed them for order status, they replied and said my order was so long in limbo ! In addition to that they found my ordered item has been discontinued by manufacturer.
after few days of email back and force.
On 3/31 I emailed them about to provide estimated time arraival date but nothing reply.
On 4/1 I emailed them again about to provide estimated time arraival date but nothing reply.
On 4/3 in the morning still nothing reply, so I sent them to cancel the order.
Same day they replied me very quickly with the sentence "per my request, my order was canceled"
They said my e-mail was filtered incorrectly, even they replied me very quick for my cancellation e-mail.
Stay away from Gemini Computers, to avoid from your order will have chanse to get in limbo or to get your email filtered for your shipment status inquiry.

The batteries in two of our scanners died rather suddenly early last week and we realized that our product manager had neglected to order more. This order afected my company's reputation, costed me time and money and Gemini Computers didn't even say "sorry" not to mention offering a discount or expedited shipping. Stay away from Gemini Computers, you better off spending few extra bucks but at least you will get your product."
"Tried to purchase three items because of the advertised low price.
Paid with one credit card and the transaction was accepted by my credit card company but reversed by Gemini. I called customer service and they said that the credit card couldn't be verified but I should use PayPal. Hmmm OK, I have no credit problems, the card is not stolen, I am who I say I am, what gives? I gave them different credit card info, and they say that it still can't be completed but I should use PayPal. Huh? I ask why. They tell me that they know that my shipping address and my billing address match and the credit card company accepted the transaction but it was because of my address since I had never bought from them before (!!??).
So bottom line, I attempted to buy something. I paid for the items with a credit card that was accepted by my credit card company, twice. The ship-to address was the same as my billing address. They could have googled the address and saw that it was a house.
Sounds more and more like something sketchy is going on with a preferred payment provider doesn't it? "
"Great! Low low price on just about everything I cross referenced - lower than almost all competitors actually. I did find a couple other places with a modestly lower price on what I was shopping for, but went here instead as the shipping rates were better (*free ground shipping was a nice plus!!) and ultimately the difference in cost was negligible.
When my parcel arrived, it was pretty banged up - the contents were otherwise fine though - but I don't hold that as a strike against Gemini since they aren't responsible for how parcels are handled on route to their destination (*Looking at you, USPS). "

This has been one of the worst online buying experiences ever and that is saying a lot as I order almost everything online from toothpaste to equipment from my business. Mistakes happen in any company, but how a company deals with those mistakes tells a lot. I ordered a $1,600 home intercom system which they said they had in stock, and this was one of the reasons I ordered from Gemini, as opposed to another reputable or cheaper company. Out of 7 or so parts ordered only 2 came from New York, the other had to be shipped from Germany which took an extra week. One of the parts, which came from New York warehouse was mislabeled on the box and had a wrong part inside. This was the cheapest, albeit important part of the set, which cost around $40. After taking about 24 hours to get back to me, Gemini rep told me they had more parts in the warehouse, but it would take them a day to verify that the whole batch is not mislabeled. At this point I explained to him that this was an urgent project and I needed the $40 part ASAP. Nonetheless it took 2 days to confirm the whole batch was wrong, at this point the rep told me another will be mailed from germany. About a week later I get an email letting me know that in fact the part is being shipped to their warehouse and not to me, because I need to return the original/wrong $40 part first. In other words they are more concerned that I would steal a $40, useless plastic part, from a $1,600 order, that to ever earn my business again. I plan on returning everything to them and never, ever buy from this company again. I am just glad many other retailers seem to actually care about customer service, just not Gemini. "

Second time with this place and my experience was more or less the same as the first time - different purchase (some sony security dome cameras), but same level of service as before. Satisfactory, no bells and whistles.
I used the same shipping option (3 days) as last time and had no issues. "
