"I ordered this on Monday and it noted (by e-mail) that it was shipped on the same day. I received a call on Thursday with the rep saying that they didn't have the part I ordered even though it stated on the website the part was in stock. A week later the site still lists it as being in stock but since then I was told I would be receiving a refund as they did not have the parts I needed. I have since received a refund but it set me back on the work I was to do.
I had even contacted a rep before I purchased the parts and he had assured me that they had the parts (fuel pumps) in stock. As the saying goes, don't believe all that you hear. I won't be doing business with Genesis again. I don't care to deal with deceptive sales practices, it usually has a reflection on the entire business. "

"The order number I used for this review is actually an RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization). In fact, it was my THIRD time to deal with a faulty radiator. My list of legitimate complaints is far too long for this post. For starters, their product is FAULTY, their updated return and refund policy is anything but reasonable (read it yourself on their website), the wait on the phone lines is ridiculous (over 1 hour yesterday!), and the customer service stinks. I spoke with Jo Ann, the supervisor of customer service (may not be her title), but she hung up on me when I asked to speak to her supervisor. I hope they respond to this review, but I doubt it. They are too busy filling out return requests and being rude to customers. Take it from me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GENESIS! I loved the at first in 2008, but they've changed their customer service and satisfaction policies so drastically, that they are no longer the same company I initially dealt with. Low marks all the way. Shop at your own risk!"
" One week after payment was made I called them to find out what happened to my radiator. They never shipped it! They told me there was some mistake with the shipping label (?) and asked if I still wanted it or a refund. Three phone calls over a period of the next two weeks each time telling them I wanted them to ship it, and no, I did not want a refund. Finally got my radiator, delivered by OnTrac (never heard of them) broken. -- They told me FedEx would pick up the broken radiator the next day - FedEx knows NOTHING of a pick up - Still on-going, not resolved. ----- Update - Received radiator. Looks good, works good, not damaged this time. ---- "
"I ordered a radiator on 1-9-10 and paid for express shipping. Money was taking from my checking account 1-11-10. As of 1-16-10 the radiator has not been shipped. I have called many times and left at least 5 e-mail messages and have not heard back from anyone. I feel as though my money has been stolen from this scam of a company. Do not shop at genesisautoparts.com"
