"Bought an igniter for an oven. Igniter arrived damaged. It was poorly packed inside its box. Had to buy it locally. Was very well packed from the local store. Refund was reasonably easy. On a side note the part supplied was not the correct part for my oven. It would have worked but the connector didn't fit my store. The part was supposed to be correct for my model number oven. "

"I ordered an $89 light bulb for my refrigerator. When I got it and tried it in the fridge, the light still did not come on. In doing further investigations, I realized that I had a sticky switch and it was not the bulb after all. I immediately took the bulb out and inquired about sending it back only to find out that they only take returns that are in "new and uninstalled condition". There was no paperwork in the box warning that "installation" of product voids being able to return said product. If I sent the bulb back there is no guarantee that I would get a return. That seems like a lot of time, effort, trouble, and money to send it back with no guarantee that I would get my money refunded. Literally, I screwed the bulb in and unscrewed it and it cost me $89."
