"I needed to replace a refrigerator door gasket on a French door model of a Whirlpool refrigerator.
First attempt: I ordered the only part that was shown for my frig. It turns out that the left and right gaskets are different sizes. What I got was a left hand door gasket, but what I needed was a right hand door gasket. I decided to keep the gasket and emailed GRP to find me the part number for the right hand gasket.
Second attempt: GRP could not identify the right hand door gasket and asked me to contact Whirlpool directly. After researching Whirlpool’s web site, I was able to locate the part number for the right hand door gasket.
Third and final attempt: I emailed GRP to verify that the part number was valid, then ordered the gasket. It arrived and was the correct one. I installed both gaskets and now all is well.
Final comment, the price of the GRP gaskets are much lower than what Whirlpool would charge. Thanks for that!"
