However, the conversation with the salesperson in placing and confirming that this was the correct stove top was confusing and my questions received a "SHORT" yes or no prompting me to ask further questions for a clear understanding of what I was ordering.

"The parts were nothing like what I was replacing. Not even close. There was no instructions included on how it went together. I checked to see if maybe I gave them the wrong model number. No the model number on the confirmation order was correct. I thought maybe this was an upgrade so I went to YouTube to see if there was an upgrade and found two videos that showed how to replace the exact parts on my dish washer with the exact identical part purchased through everyone favorite on line store at a much cheaper price.
