"I ordered a very simple plastic cover for the water filter container. I double checked the part number to be sure I had it right. When I notified the company of the problem, they started making me jump through hoops, requesting much more information be sent to them than the the document on the website requested to get an RMA allowing me to return the wrong part. The final request I fulfilled was to uninstall the old part (precariously held in place by a wooden block on top of a bottle in the refrigerator) and set the old part and the allegedly incorrect new part side by side and take another picture and send it in. I did this. Meanwhile, I ordered another new cartridge holder cover from you, using the SAME part number as before, and that arrived and has been installed and working just fine for almost a week. I still have not heard a reply from your customer support department, or even an acknowledgement of receiving my email with the side by side old and new parts photos. My cost that I paid to your company in good faith is now doubled. ($121.02) I expected to be legitimately reimbursed for half of the money I sent you. ($60.51)"
