"I had a concern about a random Fed Ex email that asked personal questions the day after I ordered the part. I was concerned about scam phishing on the part of the email.
I emailed GRP customer service and they responded within 24 hours. very efficient. (I believe it was a phishing scam averted by the efficient response by GRP customer service)
Also, when the part was delivered, the reference number on the outside of the box did not match the serial number of my oven (I ordered an ignitor). Again I emailed, and a superb explanation came from the customer service team the very same day.
