The key feature of the product had been replaced with an alternative component. I would not have purchased the products had I known this. However the supplier has been very responsive to my notification and disappointment and has been in contact by email. Not sure how the issue will be resolved but effectively a loss of about $650 (might be able to recover something but the contents do not match the description - I have to explain that what is in the packaging is not exactly what is inside it). Moral of the the story is despite the honourable intentions of suppliers beware of purchasing online especially from overseas. Logisically the transaction went smoothly."

After a couple emails and a few phone calls, they explained the problem on their side and promised to get the items to me as soon as was possible.
