When I asked if I could get an upgrade, they stalled to see if they could fill the order. Now, two weeks later, I get another shipment notification without an update from USPS when I ask for the shipment status. Overall, I don't recommend ordering from this company. "

"It was easy to place the order. When I chased it's delivery however the response I received was unhelpful and ignorant. 'You'll just have to be patient' and 'we didn't guarantee anything' is not the way to deal with a customer.
I cannot comment on the quality of the item as four weeks later, it has still not arrived. Regardless of the item quality I cannot recommend any company that doesn't understand what customer service is."
