Friendliness

"There were two people at the part’s desk. The gentleman got my parts quickly enough but neither seemed very friendly. The woman didn’t even look up when I tried to talk to her. I was in the supermarket business for years and always made an attempt to be friendly. But I think those days are gone."

Only in it for themselves

"My experience with Germain Toyota has been the worst in my life. Firstly, I needed a few parts to fix my bumper on my 2017 Highlander. I go to the parts dept and ask for which parts I needed. He told me and then gave me a printout of how much the parts were for him to order them for me. I go on their parts website, autoparts.germaintoyotaofnaples.com and order the parts shipped to their store for over $200 less! When they come in, I go to their paint and body to get them to paint it and install. They originally gave me a quote of 700 to paint it, when I send my wife down there, they give her a printout for the paint at 691 and paint supplies at almost 400… now for them to do the work, they want almost 1100 just to paint it! Once they realized I was aware of just how much they were up charging me, they refused the job stating they weren’t comfortable doing the work on the vehicle anymore. I could go on, there is so much more, but the bottom line on top is this. Germain Toyota doesn’t even try to hide the fact that it’s screwing you, they just say bend over!"

Parts department

"The service from the parts department was very good. The took their time with me and looked up my part number so I ordered the correct part from them. I had a coupon to get my car wash because the system was down when I had my 5,000 mile check up. They did was my car, I wish they would have told me they push the side view mirrors in when they wash the car. I was going out into the road when I noticed they were not right. Had to put off the road and mess around with them to adjust them correctly. Now I know and hopefuuly I remember."

Their parts team members are professional and proficient. All my purchases were processed in a timely manner. I make the drive to pick up my parts because of the great deals. poor salesman and service procedure

"you delivered a new car that was not finished. Had to return 10 days later to have it fixed.
Salesman made promises he did not keep.
When car comes in for service, customer goes through 5 or 6 different people, none of which has any responsibility to the other so there little cooperation. At local Honda, service is not much better - same corporate owner. I would recommend Toyota and Honda to take action against Germain. This is my first Toyota in 20 years and will probably be my last. Fortunately, I can have my HONDA serviced by a different dealer when I visit my grandchildren. The dealer there, and elsewhere, has ONE service person handle the entire process.

"Professional, what they promised, they accomplished. The only things that I didn’t like from Toyota is that you are buying a truck that is more than 50K and doesn’t bring floor mats. I don’t understand that. "
