"To be absolutely honest, I was a bit suspicious at first. I thought I was buying from Microsoft, but actually it’s a reseller in Birmingham. But I was completely wrong. It turned out I’d ordered the wrong product, but Emre Immediately sent me the correct product for no additional charge (and included Excel et cetera even though I had only paid for Word). He then spent an hour on the phone with me talking me through the whole installation process (believe me you want someone on the other end of the phone-Microsoft do not make this easy!!)z He was like a combination of Apple support and Microsoft support and iPhone support all rolled into one. God knows how these guys make any money. For 70 quid I got the full suite with a lifetime license and telephone support that’s about as good as I could imagine ever getting. Highly recommended. Gotta love those brummies "
