"I ordered an online download of Microsoft Publisher. 3 days later, I chased them down to get the download. The download would not open. I asked for assistance through their chat. Their response was that they wanted to access my computer remotely (from United Kingdom) which caused me much concern. When I objected- they had me write the file to a DVD disk(required a cd/dvd burner), then download a program that required WinRAR to open that. Took me 4 hours to sort all this. How were they supposed to do that remotely??? By now, Microsoft knows we need a .exe file to be able to open it. When I finally got the program downloaded, the authentication key was invalid. I requested a refund-they wanted to access my computer again-Just for a new key??? I requested again, they said I already instigated this through my bank- I had not. They indicated I needed 90 days to process. WOW. I don't believe them. My main concern here is the persistence to try to remote access my computer, and I would like to be sure that this does not continue to happen to people. "
