We no longer fulfil orders from them but they still persist, placing orders in breach of our terms and conditions - they do not care about the customer at all."

"It is a complete rip-off. I ordered a birthday cake to be delivered to my son in Minsk - Belarus. They charged me US$95.00 for the cake telling me it's on special, it was supposed to be US$112.00. They charged me the shipping US$13.00 and payment processor US$3.54. It ends up to US$111.67. The cake was bought from a supermarket "Green" and was sent and it was not the same cake I chose on the website. When my son discovered how much I paid the cake he was so mad. The cake at Green was sold at Rub15 which makes US$5.00 and there is no shipping, the supermarket is across the street. Even if they send the cake with a taxi it shouldn't be more than US$3.00. So don't buy from this company."

I ordered a cake from GiftBlooms on the 20/12/20 as a Christmas present for a friend of mine. I paid $20 to specify the delivery date at 22/12/20, however not only did the item not arrive by that date, I wasn't advised until Christmas day that the item in question was actually unavailable to be delivered to the location i specified and they offered to send flowers instead. The item in question should not have been listed on the website if it was unable to be delivered to the specified location? I advised that this wasn't sufficient as i had paid $68.05 for the above mentioned cake. They advised me that they would send a different cake as a replacement, which I subsequently agreed to.
Another whole week passed before i received an email that the item had been delivered. However I was baffled that my friend hadn't thanked me so I messaged her to ask whether it had arrived to which she advised that it hadn't. I immediately messaged GiftBloom to advise that the item hadn't arrived and by this point was so frustrated that I requested a refund in full. They don't have a proper customer service department so i was just continually replied to with an automated email that advised a tracking reference but didn't specify the address the cake had been delivered to?
I have never received such disastrous service in my life and am very disheartened that not only did my friend not receive her christmas present I have been defrauded of GBP68.05.
Since this has happened I have read reviews on websites and many other people have advised that the same thing has happened to them and indeed the item never arrived so i believe this company to be fraudulent."
"This is a scam. I pre ordered a gift and a cake for my family, hoping it will reach in time for them to celebrate my mothers birthday... only to receive the news that the items never arrived. No one from this company communicated the status update. Utter sham."
"Ordered a nice arrangement and balloon for a friend's anniversary to be delivered on the date. Credit card was charged upon ordering. When no delivery was made, checked status which remained at "Order Placed" and "Prepare and Ship." No apparent action was taken except to charge my credit card. Tried to contact Giftblooms, but there is no phone number, text box only on website. Sent feedback and Giftblooms replied the next day with the message that they had canceled the order. Further texts Promised to credit my account, but credit has not been posted to credit card. Have opened dispute through credit card company and reordered anniversary gift through reputable vendor which will now arrive two days late. New vendor updated status as they processed, sent to shipper, loaded for delivery, etc. GiftBlooms service and customer service is horrible. "
"My daughter has been confined to a nursing home this order was to be delivered to the nursing home no later than 10 AM so that anyone coming into her room or meeting her on the patio for her birthday would know it was her birthday. It is down 1:30 in the afternoon and they still have not arrived. Poor, poor service!"

"My mom in Colombia wanted to give me a gift for my birthday on May 4, I bought a cake with you to be delivered to my house in Australia, which never came, on May 11, after making several complaints with my brother and for my part without receiving a response, I managed to contact customer service through facebook, request the refund of the money because we no longer wanted anything, and although they returned the cost of the cake they did not return 18.68 AUS extra that my mom paid for the Shipping. Two minutes after realizing this, I wrote to them again and they did not answer me again. In addition, the service is very poor, poor customer service, they never respond or send emails with only one image, where one cannot open them.
It really is a scam that they play with the money of the clients"

"Placed an order for birthday balloons well in advance. Received a random text the day of that they were backed up and the order would be delayed. They asked if it could be delivered the next day. I said sure. Received an email hours later with the same request saying they couldn't get a hold of me. Again I said yes please deliver next day. The next day I received no updates. In the afternoon I reached out through the website for an update. No response. Then I replied to the original order email requesting an update. At 6PM, I received a notice email that my order was cancelled because they could not deliver to the area of the address, which makes absolutely no sense. I will be waiting for my refund and if it doesn't come this order will be disputed with my credit card."
"I ordered three items, two sets of anniversary balloons and one flower. They send me one set of "happy birthday" balloons, and with two other items still missing, they changed the whole order status as "delivered".
This is freaking fraud! And after I report this problem to them, they said they would refund me for the missing items. No heck no, you don't keep the money by sending customers some random sh*t that they didn't pay for!"
