"My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Sept 15 was Colombia’s version of Valentines Day and I placed an order with them on Sept 10 with a debit card. The money cleared my account on the 12th. The day of delivery they messaged me on my Whatsapp account from a “do not call” number saying my order was on hold. Checking my order on the website, they were requiring images of my credit card and photo ID. Email to customer service is the only form of contact: I complained, as they had their money and the transaction had cleared. They held me hostage until they essentially perpetuated identity theft. Then they did not deliver my order, but said it would deliver 2 days later. On the 17th, they emailed asking if I would prefer the 18th or 19th for delivery. I demanded immediate delivery which did not occur, but my order was placed on hold on the website again. Late on the 18th, an email informing me what I had ordered over a week earlier is “out of stock”. (Rather than telling me at time of order so I could do something prior to the holiday). They sent me images of three Christmas baskets to chose from for a September delivery for a romantic holiday gift. Basically these thieves had ruined the holiday and had no intention of ever delivering my order. My only response at this point was to demand an actual telephone number to speak to a person. Which I never received. You will note, no number or physical address is on the website."
"My friend was having a celebration and I promised I would send a cheesecake (his favourite). A lot of the local bakeries offered cake delivery but not cheesecake delivery so I forked out the extra money to get a cheesecake from giftblooms- 85 dollars all in. Turns out they sent a strawberry shortcake in lieu of the cheesecake without contacting me and advising me of the situation. I could have had one of the local bakeries deliver a shortcake for half the price. I reached out to them and their solution was 5 dollars off. What a joke."

"Ordered a bday cake on Gozo Malta. Price charged on my card, confirmation email ok, status processing for a couple of days. One day before delivery date I received a message that they do not deliver to Gozo! WTF!!!??? Its a Bday cake and as such we know very much dependent on the DATE! Also, Gozo wad available in the delivery menu, so why put it there in the first place? Disgusted!!!"

"Ordered a birthday cake for delivery in Germany and get message saying it has been delivered but it obviously had not been as the recipient was in class at the alleged time of delivery. This company then provided an obviously fake POD signature and refused to follow up the matter, claimed DHL had delivered it. After much emailing they then said the delivery driver was trying to call recipients number but the number did not answer, then said the number was not correct. They then said the driver got someone on the phone who was not the recipient. They then said they got an answering machine but the number we gave them is a mobile.
They are obviously as dodgy as, do not trust them. Three weeks later, no cake and no refund, Paypal no help when i tried to get my money back."
"I ordered a cake. I hear from them saying that the item was not delivered because they didn't find the address. Too my wonder, I placed an order for flowers just the previous day to the same address and that was delivered with no issue. They do not want to be responsible for the delivery of the product or anything as such once the amount is gets credited to them. Worst customer service, I have been exchanging emails with them for week and all they say is the address I have given is incorrect and there is no fault from their end and hence no refund."
"Our daughter sent her father a gift from them. It never came. They told her they had tried to phone and e-mail us. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. We stayed in all day, no missed calls on our phone. She has been e-mailing them, we have e-mailed them. Not had the curtesy to get back to us.
Starting to think its a bogus company. Meanwhile our daughter is very upset as she paid in good faith for this."
"I've ordered a bouqet to my girlfriend. Two days before delivery they asked me for extra payment as a my "delivery location is very far", but it was wrong.
Finally, when the bouquet was delivered, there was no any rose in it!
I'm very dissatisfied with their service. NEVER use it to order a gifts for your loved ones!"
"Just for the record, I'm a real person not being paid by the company... just feel bad that there's only bad reviews and the people who have had fine experiences haven't said much. I am in a long distance relationship & my boyfriend lives near Atlanta, GA. I ordered a birthday balloon bouquet & teddy bear to be delivered to his house on his birthday. I placed the order about a week before the date i wanted it delivered. I read reviews after I placed the order & I became pretty nervous, but my boyfriend woke up at about 10AM to the doorbell and his balloons and teddy bear were there. He sent me a picture of what was delivered to say thank you, & everything looked great. I'm sorry for everyone who had a poor experience, but as far as balloons and a teddy bear it worked out for me."
