It was in stock, but then it wasn't

"I was replacing my 2M/70 cm base antenna and feed line. I was looking to buy both together to save shipping and simplify the process. I found what I wanted a Gigaparts. I placed the order, received confirmation, and was emailed that it was shipped. I scheduled time off from work since the weather was going to be good and I could work on the roof that day. The day before the package arrived Gigaparts emailed me that the coax was not in stock and will not be shipped. I exchanged emails and Gigaparts simply said they would give me a credit or refund. This wrecked my plans and left me unhappy. For a technically oriented company, they did not come through for me."

"I tried to place an order and could not complete the transaction. I tried to call you and could not reach a sales personnel. I tried for 3 days to contact someone from GigaParts.

Please sent me a Telephone number to a sales person.
