"I have been dealing with reception issues with my alinco r8t so I contacted sales. M claims he couldn't help because there is no tech support but even a salesperson in this field should be knowledgeable. I also chatted with him when chat was available. He was came across arrogant and gave very little information before I bought the radio. When I had issues He told me to contact alinco but it's impossible to get in contact with that company. He dodged my questions each time I asked. I paid 440.00 so I should get my money's worth. Somewhat dissatisfied with customer service"

"Good - Gigaparts sold me a very recently released Swiftech 320 x2 Prestige water cooler for an excellent price.\
Bad - One of the main reasons I bought this water cooler was the LEDs built into it. My computer build is orange, so the only color I needed to work would be the orange... litterly the only color that doesnt work as intended is, take a guess... ORANGE! Instead it displays a very lovely cyan/light blue color.
Conclusion: Great service, Great price, Bad product.
Once this is dealt with I'd gladly change my review to 5 stars, they seem to be a good company.. but first impressions are everything. Please make ammends Gigaparts! "
