"I saw a used Yaesu FT-857D listed so I called to inquire about it. The representative was very helpful and answered all my questions. I purchased the unit and the shipped quickly. The 857D is in perfect condition as described and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have always had great service with everything I have purchased. Gigaparts is the first place I check when I need Ham gear."

"I saw the problem as soon as the tracking numbers were created. The smaller package was corrected to be 2 day, but the larger package was left at 3 day and was delivered on day later than promised.

Full credit was applied for shipping, but again in this instance I would have preferred 2 days on both or I would not have paid the initial $113 for shipping when the order was created.

I tried calling to get this corrected, but apparently this is not possible by the CSR's that answer the phones.

“Hello Luther!
I confirmed with UPS that both of the packages were shipped the 2nd Day Air method. The problem was that UPS had a disclaimer on their website that packages picked up on 12/21 would be delivered by 12/24. They normally would deliver by 12/23 with that method.

Your packages shipped from our two different warehouses on the same day but one delivered 12/23 and one on 12/24 due to UPS having the extra day of buffer packed into their schedule. They did not offer their money back guarantee if the package wasn't delivered in two days. Anytime so close to the holidays shipping can be tricky. We are glad you received your product, but sorry for the inconvenience.
