"Everyone I dealt with has always done an excellent job of trying to get my order straight, even though some manufactures (Heil) are not always clear in what you need to get their product working with their your rig (Icom). I wish I could remember names, but he stayed late Saturday to help me complete a Christmas order where I needed another part.
Sue helped me several times in tracking down account problems that I created by sending gifts to friends and charging them to my billing address.
Now, if we can just get MFJ on the same page, we will be in good shape. They seem notorious for not having things in stock.
