"The only complaint I have is the order was shipped USPS. USPS may be the cheapest around, but the order is currently sitting in the USPS warehouse because it's MLK day and USPS is closed. That sucks.

"Received poor customer service on an issue of a defective Yaesu radio. Left voice mail, no return call. Called later in the day, a women had me troubleshoot the radio with the manufacture. After troubleshooting the problem with the manufacture, determined the radio was dead. Called back GigaParts, spoke with Carl, he then acted like I should send the radio back to Yaesu instead of GigaParts. Only had the radio one day and GigaParts did not want the radio back."
