"I ordered the Rig Expert AA-35 in response to a sale advertisement showing that the unit was available for a 10% discount. That made the price fit the budget so I ordered. Gigaparts has always had a policy of providing free shipping on orders over $100.
When I completed my order, I found that, while I got the 10% discount, I had to now pay for shipping so the net cost of the unit was discounted less than 3%. I kinda felt stupid. The 10% discount was meaningless in terms of money out of my budget.
While Gigaparts is not responsible for my failure to check shipping arrangements, but, I have bought a good deal of merchandise and the policy of free shipping was well engrained into my brain so I proceeded. I feel kinda let down. But there are a good many retailers out there and I will simply move to using one whose sale advertising does not mislead.
The product that I purchased is good and was sorely needed. But everytime I pick it up, I will feel just a twinge of resentment."

"I have order twice from GigaParts. The first time the item was shipped from the western warehouse. It took forever to arrive. The 2nd time I ordered the order shipped from the eastern warehouse and the item actually arrived earlier than I expected. If you are doing a phone order ask them which warehouse it is coming from so you have an idea of short or long delivery times."
